·Goal Data: The goals, mini-goals, journal entries, and other content you create within the App.

·Screen Time Data: With your permission, we access aggregated screen time information from your device to calculate your Focus Score. This data is processed locally on your device and only the aggregated Focus Score is stored on our servers. We do not collect or store individual app usage data.

·Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, screens viewed, and actions taken. This data is collected through our analytics provider (PostHog) and is used to improve the App experience.

·Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

·Authentication Providers: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information (name and email) as authorized by you.

·Payment Providers: Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with enterprise-grade security.

All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.

Screen time data is processed locally on your device. Only the aggregated Focus Score is transmitted to our servers.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

children's privacy

OneGoal is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

international data transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy.
